We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Executive to join our highly driven Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields,

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience,

• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint,

• Experience in data visualization tools (such as Tableau / Power BI),

• Good command of English, preferably proven by an internationally accepted certification (TOEFL, IELTS etc.),

• Passion for metrics and figures: business forecasting, variance analysis and problem-solving skills,

• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills,

• Ability to work with tight deadlines,

• Experience in pricing/category management in a retail company is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate, relevant, timely reports that will allow upper management to take commercial decisions about product, mix, and price,

• Consolidating and analyzing inputs from different teams to assist manager in the annual and quarterly budget process,

• Preparing various presentations, analyses, and documents,

• Periodic tracking of SKU numbers to make sure they are within predetermined limits,

• Team meeting coordination from setting clear objectives to post-meeting follow-ups,

• Acting as a bridge between team and IT, controlling and monitoring status of projects.
